busy schedule

this past few days my schedules is a little bit of hectic. I've had a training last Wednesday in Philippine Heart Center about Basic Life Support (BLS), so i wasn't able to watch American Idol. o well my future is more important than anything.

So back to the topic, what is BLS? it is an emergency procedure that consists of recognizing respiratory or cardiac arrest and the proper application of Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to maintain life until a victim recovers or advance life support is available.

I've had a great time in our training, Sir Marion is so cute and very patient for teaching us the right way of doing CPR.

after the training we went to Gateway and eat.

it was so tiring but i've had a great time!
