stress can lead you to illness

being sick is really bad and it sucks. you can't concentrate on your tasks and job. and really looked stressful that adds to your pain. the stress that you feel can lead you to some state of illnesses.

RELAX AND PAMPER YOURSELF
many spa services today are available in your area. you should at least pamper yourself and try to relax. if you are on budget, warm bath may do.

THINK POSITIVE
stop being pessimistic like this flu will never end. try to look for the brighter side that you will feel better.

WRITE
researchers said that expressing yourself is an effective way of reducing the stress level.

EXPRESSING YOURSELF
if you want to cry, shout, talk and be angry just do it, it can reduce the stress in your body.

ENJOY LIFE
a hobby may do.
